At Enchanted Batik, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Exchanges:

  • You are entitled to a one-time exchange per order within 14 days of receipt of the item
  • Exchange is only applicable for batik apparel
  • Sale, tailor made and promotional items cannot be exchanged
  • To entitle for exchange, item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tag intact)
  • You can exchange with any other item in store and top up the difference in amount if any
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, except when the return is due to an error on our part

Returns:

  • Strictly no cash refund under any circumstances
  • Refund will be processed in the form of store credit only
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
