At Enchanted Batik, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Exchanges:

- You are entitled to a one-time exchange per order within 14 days of receipt of the item
- Exchange is only applicable for batik apparel
- Sale, tailor made and promotional items cannot be exchanged
- To entitle for exchange, item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tag intact)
- You can exchange with any other item in store and top up the difference in amount if any
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, except when the return is due to an error on our part
Returns:
- Strictly no cash refund under any circumstances
- Refund will be processed in the form of store credit only
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
